Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items back in their original Limpet Store packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
